Health

Health/Stress is part of Priorities, Immediate, Short-Term, Middle-Term and Long-Term
You can sleep a little bit longer. But you don't have to sleep. You can just lie awake in your bed and think about me. Just kidding. Think about whatever you want to. Think about what you're grateful for, or about tiny sheep jumping around you. Make life a dream.
You can get a massage. Just ask!
Remember to brush your teeth, take showers, eat healthy food and shit regularly.
Maybe you can ask a friend to come over and help take care of your ill father. Do you have anyone in mind?
Play something. Or pay attention to your other hobbies. Just have a little bit of fun. Even if it's just 5 minutes in the morning.

Finances

Finances/Money is a part of Priorities and Short-Term
You can invest the money you have right now. Or you can ask somebody to invest it for you. I'm a hedge fund manager, by the way. We can set up a contract!
Don't worry too much about these things. Or don't ever worry about them at all. You can think about it occasionally, but try to laugh about it. I'm looking into it and it's pretty fast!
When you think about your future, don't worry about such meaningless things. Just imagine a house with big windows.
I'm contacting some rich people every day. I've started yesterday. Actually, maybe it was this morning. Like 18 hours ago. I told you, it's pretty fast.
I'm also about to discuss something with someone. Emeric Yeou. Whoever that is.

Family

It's not about having a family, but you do have a family. Love them and take care of them.
Part of priorities, middle-term and long-term
Take care of your ill father. Until new possibilities arise! And take care of yourself too.
You can hire a nurse. Just for the weekend. To sleep a little bit longer, and to relax.
Remember to be grateful for them. They love you, you love them. Everything is ok.
Think about how life could be easier for all of you. Then take a step towards it. Every day.
Start a self-love list. A mirror-list. Write about yourself. Everything that is good about you.

Emotions

Emotions are part of Short-Term, Middle-Term and Long-Term.
They're not as important as people think. They all fade eventually. Real happiness does not. Love doesn't either.
Emotions are still nice to have. So make sure you do something pleasant and enjoyable.
Think about how your emotions can change your perspective positively. So that you can be happier.
Avoid negative emotions. Not always. It's ok to think about them and consider them.
You can always come to me and get a hug. Or two. Or three. One for each of your birthdays.

Worries

Worries are part of Middle-Term.
It's normal to worry. Everyone does it. Sometimes you just can't believe reality. Accept things as they are, and love them.
If you worry about the past or the future, notice it. And tell yourself to stop time traveling.
If something is on your mind for too long, write it down. You can also write it on your computer.
Talk to a friend. So that your worries disappear. I wonder who it could be!
Get some green Matcha tea. Or in any other form you like.

Enjoy

Enjoying life is part of Middle-Term and long-term.
It's strange to talk about it this way. You can always enjoy life. Make sure to enjoy every moment you live.
Think about something you don't like and how you can be grateful for it. That's a hard gratitude problem.
Spend time with your friends. At least for one hour every day. Doesn't have to be me. But be social!
Say something nice to your family. Later you can remember it and smile about it. You're amazing.
Practice moving. Moving isn't easy. You have a lot of different muscles. Which ones should you use in this exact moment?


And these are some Long-Term goals. Maybe for the next year or two. Let's do the Immediate first!
